Offshore does provide initial voice and electronic support when purchasing our software for configuration, but we strongly recommend clients to utilize our in-house software training, where we come to your job site and train your IT, dealing desk, sales and back office on all aspects of using our software. Offshore Technology believes that providing your staff with the knowledge of our software will help them become better performers in your organization.

Technical Support
IT people will know how to configure the bridge and dealer settings of the Offshore FX Bridge. Understand completely how to configure the Offshore Multi Account Manager (MAM) so they can provide additional support to back office staff. Configuring settings on the server to make sure the software starts and stops properly.
Dealing Desk
Explaining to dealers how to monitor and manage the MT Manager platform using the Offshore FX Bridge and the Offshore MAM. Identifying and fixing potential problems that may exist at times incase of counterparty, software or server failure. Explaining how manual trades can be executed on the counterparty and entered into the MT Manager.
Back Office
Advising back office staff with setting up groups and accounts on MT Administrator and MT Manager that will be the most efficient with the use of the Offshore risk management software and MAM. Explaining how to access the server to change settings if needed.
Sales
Educating sales staff on promoting the usage of the Offshore MAM to asset managers as well as how the bridge software works with executing trades from MetaTrader into counterparty platforms. Making recommendations on questions which may arise from clients trading on our software.
If your firm decides to utilize our in-house software training, it will take approximately 4 hours per department for a total of 2 business days. A Offshore team member will personally come to your location and teach your management of each department or individuals within each department.
